螺旋CT肺动脉造影在肺栓塞诊断中的应用

目的:探讨螺旋CT肺动脉造影、多层螺旋CT肺动脉造影对肺栓塞的诊断及临床应用价值。方法:对12例临床高度疑诊肺栓塞的患者行螺旋CT肺动脉造影或多层螺旋CT肺动脉造影检查,分析所获得的相关CT资料,并和其他影像、临床资料相对照。结果:12例累及21处肺动脉及其分支,12例均可较准确、全面地显示栓子的位置、形态、范围和程度。结论:螺旋CT肺动脉造影是肺栓塞安全、快捷、经济、敏感性高且特异性强的无创诊断方法,对临床治疗方法的选择及疗效观察具有重要参考价值,可以部分替代核素肺扫描及肺动脉造影。

Pulmonary Embolism:Diagnostic Value of Spiral CT Pulmonary Angiography

Objetive To discuss the value of spiral CT and Multi-spiral CT pulmonary angiography in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism(PE) and it,s clinical used.Methods 12 cases of pulmonary embolismsuspected by clinical diagnosis were done SCT Angiography (SCTPA) or MSCT Angiography (MSCTPA),The relvanted CT date were analyzed retrospectively,compared with else imaging date and clinal date.Result at total of 12 cases Embolism located in 21 pulmonary artery and branch,12 cases all can authentic and comprehensive demonstrated position、shapes、extentanddegrees of damages.Conclusion SCTPA is a uninjured diagnosis method for PE,and it is safe 、quick 、economized、sensitive and characteristic,it can help estimated the treatmentand effect,a lot of can substituted for ECT or pulmonary angiography.
