| 摘 要： | 分析了我国当前医学教育和医疗行为中人文精神发展历史、现状,探讨了医疗环境中造成人文精神不足的原因;并从提高教师队伍人文素质、推进校园医院文化建设等方面,阐述了高等医学院校加强人文素质教育的途径和方法,为提高医疗环境人文精神建设提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the history and present status of humanistic spirit in medical education and medical care,discusses causes of deficiency of humanistic spirit in medical care,and provides suggestions on how to improve humanistic spirit in medical education and medical care in China regarding improving teachers' humanistic quality and promoting construction of hospital culture on campus. |
