年轻妇女卵巢肿瘤57例治疗分析

目的评估年轻女性卵巢肿瘤不同治疗方法的效果.方法对57例年轻恶性肿瘤的临床资料进行回顾性分析,随机分为两组:(1)良性组:36例行单纯肿瘤切除;(2)恶性组:21例恶性生殖细胞肿瘤行手术切除加化疗.恶性肿瘤根据病理类型又分为生殖细胞肿瘤组和其他病理类型组.结果良性组预后好;恶性生殖细胞肿瘤手术后加化疗生存率高;恶性上皮肿瘤预后差.结论良性肿瘤仅手术切除肿瘤即可;恶性生殖细胞肿瘤要求保留生育功能者,若子宫和对侧卵巢未受侵,均可保留生育功能;上皮性癌应严格掌握保留生育功能指征.

Aaniysis of the clinical therapy in young female with ovarian tumor

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of various treatment methods for young fe- male patients with ovarian tumors.Methods The clinical data of 57 young patients with ovarian were re- spectively analyzed,they were randomly divided into two groups:Group of benign tumor:simple tumor re- moual,36 cases;Group of malignancy;surgical operation and chemotherapy,21 cases.According to the pathological type,patients with malignancies were divided into germ cell malignancy group and other patho- logical type group.Results Benign tumors indicate good prognosis,survival rate of germ cell malignancies treated with surgical operation and chemotherapy was higher.Ovarian epithelial carcinoma indicated poor prognosis.Conclusions Benign tumors only require simple removal of tumors.The preservation of fertility for young patients with malignant germ cell tumors of the ovary,regardless of the stage of the disease,is a safe and practicable procedure in the absence of involvement of the contralateral ovary and uterus.
