医院职能部门绩效考核机制的探讨

摘    要:医院职能部门的绩效考核机制一直是医院绩效考核工作的难点,本文以首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院为例,着力以"如何设计可量化、科学化、个性化的职能部门工作指标,建立可操作性强的职能部门绩效考核机制"为目标,采取"综合目标管理"和"360度工作任务评价一1]"相结合的方法,达到对职能部门比较客观与充分的绩效考核总体目标。
