摘    要:本工作选用健康雄性大鼠、常压低氧含氮空气,以放射免疫测定法,初步探讨了大鼠经急性中度缺氧刺激后,其垂体及各脑区亮-脑啡肽样免疫活性物质(LEKIS)含量的变化.结果表明:垂体及各脑中LEKIS含量均有不同程度下降,其中垂体、下丘脑、中脑、丘脑及海马与对照组相比,下降非常显著(P<0.01);皮层(额叶)下降显著(0.05>P>0.01);纹状体及桥延部也有所下降,但统计学无显著差别(P>0.05).

Abstract:By means of radioimmunoassay, we measured the contents of Lencineenkephalin-like immunoactive-substances in the pituitary and seven areas of the male rats brain in the condition of acute hypoxia(mixtured of air and nitrogen ). The results obtained were as follws: The contents are greatly decreased in the pituitary, hypothalamus, mesencephalon, thalmus and hippocampus compared with the control groups (P<0.01); They ar also remarkly decreased in the cerebral cortex(P<0.05).The contents are decreased in pons-medullaoblongata and striatum, but these changes. are not remarkable difference in statistics(P>0.05).
