| 摘 要： | 目的探讨平行双接骨板内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折的疗效.方法 2008年2月至2010年10月,采用平行双接骨板内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折24例,其中男15例,女9例,年龄18～62岁,平均38.6岁.骨折按AO分型：C1型13例,C2型8例,C3型3例,手术采用尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路.按Mayo肘关节功能评分（MEPS）标准评估疗效.结果本组患者均获得随访,随访时间11～24个月（平均15个月）,均获得骨性愈合.肘关节平均伸15°（0°～30°）,屈126°（95°～130°）,旋前60°（50°～90°）,旋后60°（50°～90°）.Mayo肘关节评分平均88分（51～95分）,其中优13例,良8例,可2例,差1例.优良率87.5%.结论采用平行双接骨板内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折是一种有效的方法.
