宫角妊娠26例临床分析

目的探讨宫角妊娠的发病率及早期诊断、治疗的有效方法. 方法采用回顾性分析方法对26例宫角妊娠进行分析.结果宫角妊娠占同期异位妊娠总数的2.2%,超声、宫腔镜、腹腔镜用于早期诊断,其诊断符合率分别为77.3%(17/22)、100%、100%.宫腔镜、腹腔镜治疗成功率100%,达到剖腹手术的效果.结论早孕人流前应常规B超检查,宫腔镜、腹腔镜早期诊断确切,治疗上能达到微创效优的效果,值得临床推广.

Cornual pregnancy:clinical analysis of 26 cases

Objective To discuss the morbidity,early diagnosis,treatment of cornual pregnancy.Methods Retrospective analysis was made in 26 cases of cornual pregnancy in recent 8 years.Results The number of cornual pregnancy take 2.2% in the total number of ectopic pregnancy. The ultrasonography,hysteroscope and laparoscope were used for delecting the clinical diagnosis.The consistency rate was 77.3%,100%,100%.The treatment of hysteroscope or laparoscope showed the successful rate being 100%,the reproduction rate of the hysteroscope or laparoscope group was the same as that in the laparotomy group.Conclusion Women should be given the ultrasonography before artificial abortion.The early diagnosis of the hysteroscope or laparoscope is certainly. The hysteroscope and laparoscope are the least injury and the highest clinical effcetiveness in the treatment of cornual pregnancy,they might be popularized to clinical practice.
