| 摘 要： | 目的]了解血瘀证及其活血化瘀中药对肿瘤转移的影响。方法]采用两种血瘀证肝转移模型(小鼠B16黑色素瘤和大鼠W256肉瘤经脾种植肝转移模型),对血瘀证及部分活血化瘀中药对荷瘤动物肝转移的影响进行了观察。结果]在血瘀状态下,可在一定程度上抑制原发肿瘤的生长,荷瘤肝转移小鼠血清IL-18和HGF的水平降低,可能干预了肝转移的过程,参三七醇提液对荷瘤肝转移大鼠的脾脏原发肿瘤的生长和肝转移有一定抑制作用,血小板在肿瘤增殖、浸润和转移中起着重要作用。结论]参三七这种既能改善血瘀证又能抑制肿瘤生长和转移、又具有一定扶正作用的活血化瘀中药值得在肿瘤临床推广使用,其作用机理值得深入研究。
