2009年广西灵山县狂犬病门诊暴露人群监测分析

目的掌握广西灵山县狂犬病门诊监测点暴露人群流行病学特征及暴露后处理情况。方法对广西灵山县狂犬病门诊暴露人群监测月报表进行统计分析。结果暴露人群男性多于女性,少儿组是狂犬病暴露危险人群,时间分布上夏秋季节较为集中,暴露部位主要为下肢和上肢,以2级暴露居多。暴露后绝大多数人都能及时处理伤口,到门诊就医者基本上都能坚持全程疫苗接种,注射抗血清的为数不多。暴露人群免疫后抽样检测,抗体阳性率为95.6%。结论重视全民,尤其是少儿狂犬病健康教育,增强防范意识,做到暴露后及时处理伤口、接种疫苗和抗血清注射。加强犬只管理,减少暴露发生。

Monitoring and Analysis on Outpatients Exposed to Rabies in Lingshan County of Guangxi in 2009

Objective]To understand the epidemiological characteristics of outpatients exposed to rabies in clinic monitoring point in Lingshan County of Guangxi, and treatment situation after exposure. Methods] The monthly monitoring reports of outpatients exposed to rabies in Lingshan County of Guangxi were analyzed statistically. Results] There were more males than females in exposed to rabies, the children group was the risk population exposed to rabies. Most of cases occurred in summer and autumn, the exposed parts were mainly lower limb and upper limb with grade II exposure. The majority of people dealt with the wound in time after exposure, outpatients could complete whole course vaccination basically, and only a few people received antiserum injection. After immunization in exposed population, the sampling detection result showed that the antibody positive rate was 95.6%. Conclusion] It is important to pay attention to the national health education about rabies, expecially among children, and enhance the preventive consciousness. After exposure, it is necessary to deal with the wound in time, and receive vaccination and antiserum injection. The dog management should be strengthened to reduce the exposure.
