富硒灵芝超微粉抗肿瘤及免疫调节功能研究

摘    要:目的研究富硒灵芝超微粉的抗肿瘤及调节机体免疫功能的作用。方法利用小鼠移植性肿瘤模型,考察了富硒灵芝超微粉对肉瘤S180、肝癌H22生长的影响。通过考察富硒灵芝超微粉对小鼠脾脏及胸腺指数的影响、对腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响、对血清溶血素生成试验的影响,研究其免疫调节功能。结果富硒灵芝超微粉能够显著抑制两种瘤株的生长,显著增加免疫器官指数,增强腹腔巨噬细胞体外吞噬中性红的能力,并显著提高血清溶血素水平。结论富硒灵芝超微粉具有抑制肿瘤生长、显著提高机体免疫功能的作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of se-rich ganoderma superfine powder(SG) on growth of transplantable tumors and immune system.Methods Transplantable tumors of sarcoma S180(S180) and hepatocellular carcinoma H22(H22) were used to study the anti-tumor effects of SG.The effects of SG on spleen and thymus index testing,peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis function and formation of serum hemolysin were observed,and the effects on immune system were studied.Results SG could significantly inhibit the growth of the two kinds of tumors,the spleen and thymus index in mice was increased significantly,and the function of peritoneal macrophage and the content of serum hemolysin were effectively increased.Conclusion SG can significantly inhibit the growth of transplantable tumors,and improve the immune function.
