低浓度高锰酸钾液浸浴对烧伤患者关节功能康复作用的观察

目的:探讨低浓度高锰酸钾液浸浴后对烧伤患者关节功能康复的作用,评价生活基本能自理的总有效率.方法:将60例30%TBSA～80%TBSA的Ⅱ度～Ⅲ度烧伤患者随机分两组,试验组是在创面开始脱痂后到恢复期残余创面的患者,浸浴于1:50000高锰酸钾液溶中,30分钟后进行关节功能锻炼.对照组是在创面开始脱痂到恢复期残余创面的患者,常规进行功能锻炼,时间为2个月.结果:对照组关节活动恢复正常率为46.7%;低浓度高锰酸钾液组关节活动恢复正常率达66.6%以上,关节粘连及僵硬程度减轻,关节活动时疼痛减轻,功能恢复有显著性差异.结论:低浓度高锰酸钾液浸浴,可提高中度以上面积烧伤患者进行功能锻炼时的治疗信心,防止关节粘连及僵硬,止痒作用明显,有较强的抗感染作用,能促进烧伤残余创面痊愈,且价格便宜,使用方便,值得推广.

Observation of Rehabilitation Effect of Burn Patient's Joint Function with the Bath of Lower Concentration of Potassium Permanganate

Objective： To observe rehabilitation effect of burn patients＇ joint function with the bath of lower concentration of potassium permanganate. To evaluate the total effective rate of patients who can take care themselves basically. Method： 60 cases of 30% TBSA -80%TBSA patients with Ⅱ - Ⅲ degree bum were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. The patients who were in the stage of starting decrustation to the residue wounds existed in the rehabilitation period were involved in experiment group. They were cared with the bath of 1 ： 50000 of potassium permanganate for 30 minutes before exercised joint function. While the patients in control group received only routine joint exercise. The total rehabilitation period was 2 months. Results： 46. 7% of patients in control group recovered normal joint function. In experiment group, it was more than 66.6% of patients who recovered normal joint function. In addition, reduced joint adhesions and stiffness and alleviated pain of joint activities were observed in these patients as well. So the patients can actively cooperate with the treatment and care. Conclusion： The patients with moderate or severe bums who receive the bath care of low concentration of potassium permanganate can make the bum patients, who need joint rehabilitation, improve their confidence, prevent them from joint adhesions and joint stiffness, have anti - itching and anti - infection effect obviously and promote residual wounds healed as well. Moreover, it is inexpensive, easy to use and worthy of popularization.
