2008年-2010年上海市部分伤寒副伤寒沙门菌耐药分析及分子分型

摘    要:目的:了解上海市2008年-2010年伤寒、副伤寒沙门菌的耐药及分子分型特点,初步掌握伤寒、副伤寒沙门菌的分子流行特点,为今后的防制工作提供科学依据。方法:采用WHO推荐的改良K-B纸片法,对18株伤寒、副伤寒沙门菌进行13种抗生素敏感性试验;运用脉冲场凝胶电泳分型(PFGE)方法对18株伤寒、副伤寒沙门菌进行分子分型及聚类分析。结果:18株伤寒副伤寒沙门菌对利福平100%耐药,对奈啶酸的耐药率为44.4%,其中伤寒沙门菌对奈啶酸的耐药率为37.5%,5株甲型副伤寒沙门菌对奈啶酸100%耐药,乙型副伤寒对奈啶酸无耐药株。所有菌株对其他11种抗生素均敏感;18株伤寒、副伤寒沙门菌共产生16种PGFE带型,有3株甲型副伤寒沙门菌表现为同一PFGE型别。结论:2008年-2010年伤寒、副伤寒沙门菌对抗生素的敏感性较高;甲型副伤寒沙门菌之间有较高的同源性,伤寒沙门菌的PFGE带型比较分散。

Abstract:Objective:To know antibiotic resistance and molecular types of S.typhoid and S.paratyphoid strains isolated in Shanghai,to master the epidemiological rules and to provide scientific evidences for the future prevention and control.Methods: Modified K-B method recommended by WHO was used for sensitivity test on 18 strains of S.typhi and S.paratyphi to 13 kinds of antibiotics.Pulsed field gel-electrophoresis(PFGE) was used to classify and analyze the 18 strains of S.typhi and S.paratyphi.Results: The drug resistance rate of 18 S.typhoid and S.paratyphoid strains was 100% for rifampicin and 44.4% for nalidixic acid,in which the resistance rate to nalidixic acid was 37.5% for S.typhi and 100% for 5 S.paratyphi A strains.All the strains were sensitive to the rest 11 kinds of antibiotics.All strains of S.paratyphi B were not resistant to nalidixic acid.A total of 18 isolates were classified to 16 types by PFGE and only 3 strains of S.typhi A were classified to the same type.Conclusion: S.typhoid and S.paratyphoid isolates from 2008 to 2010 were in high sensitivity to antibiotics.S.paratyphi A strains shared high homology and PFGE types of S.typhoid strains were dispersive.
