临床药师对1例脓毒症患者治疗的分析与思考

目的:探讨临床药师参与脓毒症临床治疗的作用。方法:通过临床药师参与1例脓毒症患者治疗过程,从脓毒症治疗、抗菌药物的选用、根据细菌学与药敏结果及时调整抗感染治疗方案、出现病情反复时如何调整治疗思路、药学监护等方面进行分析与讨论。结果与结论:对于成功治愈病例的总结与回顾有益于临床经验的积累。临床药师是临床治疗团队中的一员,其积极的参与将为临床提供合理、安全的用药建议。

Clinical Pharmacists＇ Reflections on the Treatment of One Patient with Sepsis

OBJECTIVE： To discuss the role of clinical pharmacist in the clinical treatment of patient with sepsis. METHODS： Clinical pharmacist＇s role in the treatment of one case of septic patient was analyzed and discussed from aspects of treatment of sep- sis, choice of antimicrobial drugs, timely adjustment of the anti-infective therapy according to the bacteriological and susceptibility results if with recurrent disease and pharmacy care, etc. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The summary and review of successfully treated case is helpful for gathering clinical experience. Clinical pharmacist is a member of the clinical treatment team, whose ac- tive participation in clinical treatment will provide reasonable and safe recommendations on medication.
