| 摘 要： | 产后尿潴留为妇科临床常见病，以不能排尿，小腹胀满、疼痛，或排尿不畅为主要表现，西医治疗以插导尿管为主，容易感染。笔者使用电针配合艾灸治疗本病取得了较好疗效，现报道如下。
