中药保留灌肠治疗慢性腹泻28例

目的]观察中药保留灌肠治疗慢性腹泻的疗效。方法]将53例患者随机分为两组。对照组25例采用参苓白术汤治疗为主;治疗组28例采用中药保留灌肠,1次/d,15d为1疗程。治疗1个疗程进行疗效判定。结果]治疗组痊愈16例,有效11例,无效1例,总有效率96.40%;对照组痊愈5例,有效10例,无效10例,总有效率60.00%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]对于慢性腹泻的病人,通过中药保留灌肠合剂治疗,使药物直接作用于病灶,又免除了药物对胃肠的刺激,疗效满意。

Treating 28 Cases of Chronic Diarrhea in TCM Retention Enema

Objective]To observe effect of treating chronic diarrhea in TCM retention enema.Method]The 53 cases were randomly divided into two groups.Control group 25 cases with Shenling Baizhu Decoction treatment.Treatment group 28 cases with TCM retention enema,1/d,15d to 1 course of treatment.1 courses of treatment(14d) to judge the curative effect.Results]The treatment group cure 16 cases,effective 11 cases,invalid 1 cases,the total efficiency rate for 96.40%.The control group cure 5 cases,effective 10 cases,invalid 10 cases,the total efficiency rate for 60.00%.Clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion]For the patient with chronic diarrhea,by Retention Enema with traditional Chinese medicine mixture for treatment,so that the medicine directly acts on the focus,and exemption from the drugs on gastrointestinal irritation,curative effect satisfaction.
