| 摘 要： | 刺血疗法是我国的传统针灸疗法之一,以其简便廉验的特点,目前广泛应用于临床。本研究检索了自1982~2013年间相关文献共117篇,其中临床研究60篇,共计4000余例,机理研究57篇,对近30年来刺血疗法治疗高血压病的临床疗效及治疗机理进行总结,以期为今后的研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | Bloodletting therapy is one of traditional therapies within Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion field. Given its good results in clinical usage and its low cost, it is still commonly applied in clinic all over the country. This paper reviews 117 related articles, of which 60 are clinical research articles collecting altogether more than 4000 cases, 57 are experimental research, and summarizes the last 30 years of clinical experience and therapeutic law for treating hypertension with bloodletting, hopefully this may be used as reference for further studies. |
