| 摘 要： | 目的：研究PCNA和CD44v6在鼻咽癌的表达及其相互关系。方法：应用免疫组化S-P法检测23例慢性鼻咽炎、62例鼻咽癌组织（38例伴有淋巴结转移）中PCNA和CD44v6的表达。结果：62例鼻咽癌组织PCNA和CD44v6阳性表达率分别为69.3%、77.4%,与23例慢性鼻咽炎PCNA、CD44v6阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。鼻咽癌转移组和非转移组PCNA的阳性率分别为68.4%、70.8%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;转移组CD44v6阳性率要高于非转移组,阳性率分别为89.4%、58.3%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。PCNA和CD44v6共同阳性表达有39例,共同阴性表达10例,两者表达呈正相关（r=0.436,P〈0.01）。结论：PCNA和CD44v6在鼻咽癌组织中存在高表达,在鼻咽癌的发生、发展中起着重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the expression of PCNA and CD44v6 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and their relationship. Methods: the expression of PCNA and CD44v6 were detected in 23 cases chronic nasopharyngitis and 62 NPCs (38 cases with lymph node metastases) by S-P immunohistochemical method.
