动脉脉搏波速度对冠心病的预测

目的:探讨动脉脉搏波速度(Pulse wave velocity,PWV)对冠心病的预测价值.方法:采用日本Colin公司生产的动脉硬化检测仪检测冠心病患者(n=67例)和非冠心病患者(n=72例)ABI和baPWV.冠心病患者根据血管病变支数分为1支血管病变组(n=22例)、2支血管病变组(n=27例)和3支血管病变组(n=18例),探讨血管病变支数与ABI、baPWV的关系.结果:冠心病组和非冠心病组ABl分别为1.06 ±0.12和1.27 ±0.21,差别无统计学意义(p>0.05);而baPWV分别为(1978.6 ±289.5)cm/s和(1267.4±332.8)cm/s,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.O1).1支血管病变、2支血管病变和3支血管病变亚组ABI值分别为1.22±0.09、1.16±O.15和1.02±0.21,差别无统计学意义;而baPWV值分别为(1493.7±282.4)cm/s、(1897.2±322.3)cm/s和(2319.6±372.2)cm/s,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:baPWV对冠心病有一定的预测价值,它随冠状动脉病变程度的增加而增大,可作为预测冠心病严重程度的无创指标之一.

Predicting value of arterial pulse wave velocity for the patients with coronary artery disease

Objective: To investigate the predicting value of arterial pulse wave velocity for the patients with coronary artery disease.Methods: BaPWV and ABI were measured in 67 patients with coronary artery disease and 72 patients without coronary artery disease confirmed by coronary artery angiography,67 patients with coronary artery disease were divided into three groups according to the number of affected coronary branches:single branch affected group(n=22), double branches affected group(n=27)and three branches affected group(n=18).Results:BaPWV was significantly increased in patient with coronary artery disease(1978.6±289.5cm/s vs 1267.4 ±332.8cm/s,P<0.01).baPWV of the patients with single branch of vascular disease,two branches of vascular disease,and three branches of vascular disease were 1493.7 ±282.4cm/s,1897.2±322.3cm/s,and 2319.6±372.2cm/s,respectively.baPWV increased with the number of diseased veesles (P<0.05).Conclusion: BaPWV could predict coronary artery disease to some degree,and elevated baPWV is related to the severity of coronary artery disease.
