| 摘 要： | 脓毒症是重症患者的主要死因之一，急性肾损伤是脓毒症最常见的并发症，目前脓毒症引起的急性肾损伤病死率高，因此早期预防和及时发现脓毒症所致的急性肾损伤尤为重要。本文对脓毒症急性肾损伤的发病机制和治疗进展进行阐述，并就非特异性炎性标志物在脓毒症急性肾损伤的预测价值方面作一综述。

| Abstract: | Sepsis is one of the leading causes of death in critically ill patients, and acute kidney injury is the most common complication of sepsis. At present, the high mortality rate of sepsis associated with acute kidney injury is significant for early prevention and detection. This article describes the pathogenesis and treatment advances of sepsis associated with acute kidney injury, and reviews the predictive value of nonspecific inflammatory markers in septic acute kidney injury |
