| 摘 要： | 目的：研究苦参素对慢性肝病，肝纤维化的防治作用并探讨其作用机制。方法：治疗组在对照组口服维生素C0．2g，复合维生素B2闪，西利宾胺（水飞蓟宾葡甲妥盐）100mg，均每日3次的基础上肌肉注射苦参素注射液4mL，观察两组血清丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT），透明质酸（HA）和胆红素的变化。结果：苦参素能显著降低慢性肝炎患者血清ALT（P＜0．01），HA（P＜0．05）和胆红素（P＜0．01），结论：苦参素有保护肝细胞，减轻肝细胞坏死，防治肝纤维化的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect and the mechanism of matrine to the chronic hepatitis and hepatic fibrosis. Methods:60 patients with chronic hepatitis were distributed to 2 groups randomly, and 30 patients in the therapy group were treated with matrine. ALT, HA and bilirubin were observed before and after the therapy in both groups. Results:ALT, HA and bilirubin were markedly decreased in the therapy group after treatment by matrine. Conclusion: Matrine can protect the hepatic cells from injury and has the effect of antifibrogenetic. |
