| 摘 要： | To the editor： Reactive arthritis （ReA） in tuberculosis （TB） is known as Poncet＇s disease. It is a rare aseptic form of arthritis observed in patients with active TB. It has been suggested that Poncet＇s disease mainly occurs in patients with extrapulrnonary TB. We report here a case of Poncet＇s disease in a patient with retroperitoneal tuberculous lympbadenitis.
