借鉴全科医学理念和方法,切实提高基层农村计划生育技术服务质量

目的论证县乡计划生育服务机构提供的计划生育服务具有全科医学服务的全部特征,并提出借鉴全科医学理念和方法,切实提高基层农村计划生育技术服务质量。方法以放置宫内节育器服务为例,在云南三个县进行的计划生育技术服务情景分析的基础上,将理论分析和实践调查相结合,对基层农村计划生育技术服务特征进行深入分析。结果县乡计划生育服务机构提供的计划生育服务,确实具有全科医学服务的全部特征,即基本的、预防的、以人为中心、综合的、连续的和以社区为基础的。结论基层农村计划生育技术服务完全可以借鉴全科医学独特的思想、理念和方法。计划生育技术服务和管理人员注意对全科医学先进理念和方法的学习和合理应用,对提高计划生育技术服务质量,将具有重要的现实意义。

Theory and Methods from General Practice Were Used in Improving Quality of Family Planning Technical Services in Rural China

Objective To examine the fundamental characteristics of current family planning services（FPS） in China’s rural areas and compare it to the elementary features of general practice;This paper also provided that the theory and methods from general practice can be used in improving quality of family planning technical services.Methods Taking intrauterine device（IUD） insertion service as an example,situation analysis（SA） was undertaken through the FPS system in three counties of Yunnan province,China.Based on the data of SA,along with the systematical literature review,the fundamental characteristics of the current FPS in China were analyzed and discussed.Results The current FPS at the grassroots level shared the same basic characteristics（3P and 3C,i.e.primary,preventive,patient-centered,comprehensive,continuing and community-based） with the general practice.Conclusion The quality of FPS at grassroots can be improved significantly through properly using the theories and approaches of the general practice.
