摘    要:目的 :了解Nd :YAG激光击孔治疗晶体囊外摘除术后形成的后发障的治疗效果。方法 :将 78例患者 (89只眼 )分为 2组。第 1组 5 4例 (6 5只眼 )为治疗高度近视行透明晶体或白内障囊外摘除 ,未植入人工晶体所造成的后发障。第 2组2 4例 (2 4只眼 )为白内障囊外摘除并植入人工晶体后发生的后发障 ,用掺钕钇铝石榴石激光对晶体囊外摘除术后形成的后发障进行治疗。结果 :用激光治疗后 2组患者视力与治疗前相比均有不同程度的提高 ,经用配对计量资料比较的t检验 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :用Nd :YAG激光击孔治疗晶体囊外摘除术后形成的后发障效果良好。

Abstract:Objective: To identify the effect of neodymium YAG laser (Nd:YAG) on the treatment of after-cataract after posterior capsulotomy. Methods: Seventy-eight patients (89 eyes) were divided into two groups. The ECCE group (extra-capsular cataract extraction) of 54 cases (65 eyes) underwent extra-capsular cataract extraction or lens extraction to treat high myopia, which did not result in after-cataract with the extraction. The ECCE + IOL group (extra-capsular cataract extraction plus intra-ocular lens implantation) were 24 cases (24 eyes) who were given extra-capsular cataract extraction plus intra-ocular lens implantation and treated for the resulting after-cataract with Nd: YAG. Results: Visual acuity of the 2 groups all improved, but to different degrees, when compared with that pre-treatment, and paired-samples t-test showed that significant differences could be seen. Conclusion: Better visual acuity could be obtained with Nd: YAG laser treatment for after-cataract.
