| 摘 要： | 目的对我国2000~2009年间期刊上发表的端粒酶研究文献进行统计分析。方法采用文献计量学方法,着重研究端粒酶文献的年代分布、期刊分布、学科分布和作者及作者单位分布。结果 2000~2009年,共检索到端粒酶研究文献4534篇,年平均文献量为454篇。其中在妇产科学、基础医学、心血管疾病、泌尿科学、外科学方面研究文献较多,分别占总文献的8.36%、8.07%、5.44%、5.3%、4.37%。端粒酶与肿瘤形成关系的研究占总文献比例较大,为75.63%。结论端粒酶研究的重点还是在端粒酶与肿瘤的关系上,医学院校的文献量最多。

| Abstract: | Objective Statistical analysis is done on telomerase literature published during 2000-2009 in China.Methods Literature quantitative analysis is adopted focusing on the distribution of time,journals,subjects,authors and their units.Results Altogether 4534 papers of telomerase during 2000-2009 were retrieved,average annual paper number 454,mostly from the subjects of Obsterics and Gynecology,Basic Medicine,Cardiovascular Disease,Urology and Surgery etc.,accounting for 8.36%,8.07%,5.44%,5.3%,and 4.37% of the t... |
