| 摘 要： | 茯苓皮是中药茯苓菌核的外皮,临床上用于治疗水肿、小便不利等.目前的研究发现,茯苓皮主要含有三萜(羊毛甾烷型和3,4-裂环羊毛甾烷型)和多糖(β-茯苓聚糖),具有抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗氧化等多种药理活性.在广～泛检索文献的基础上,该文对茯苓皮的化学成分、药理活性以及临床应用进行了综述,为茯苓皮的深入开发利用提供参考依据.
