| 摘 要： | 实时超声弹性成像是近年发展起来的超声诊断新技术,在甲状腺肿瘤的诊断以及淋巴结良恶性鉴别方面的研究正逐渐展开。超声弹性成像图像评分及弹性应变率比值有助于甲状腺单发结节以及淋巴结良恶性鉴别诊断。弹性成像技术弥补了常规超声的不足,将弹性超声技术与常规超声、彩色多普勒相结合,可以提高甲状腺结节和淋巴结良恶性病变的诊断准确性。在此就弹性成像在甲状腺及颈部淋巴结疾病中的应用价值进行综述。
