摘    要:营养与食品卫生学是预防医学专业的重要课程之一。传统的营养与食品卫生学实践教学模式已不适应新世纪对创新性人才培养的要求。本文分析该课程实践教学中存在的主要问题,改革并实践新的实践教学内容、教学方法和手段,取得了满意的效果。

Abstract:Nutrition and food hygiene is one of the important courses in preventive medicine program. The traditional mode of nutri- tion and food hygiene practice teaching is no longer suitable for innovation-oriented education in the new situation. This paper analy- zes the main problems during practice teaching, and reforms and implements new course content and methods and means of teaching. The reform has got satisfactory results.
