摘    要:目的:建立用高效液相色谱配备蒸发光散射检测器(HPLc—ELsD)测定丹七片中人参皂苷Rgl和人参皂苷Rbl含量的方法。方法:采用色谱柱为UltimateTMXB—C18柱(150mm×4.6mm);流动相为乙腈:水,0-22min,乙腈22—45%;漂移管温度110℃,载气流速3.OL/min;柱温:35℃。结果:人参皂苷Rg1和人参皂苷Rbl的线性范围分别为20一600μg/mL和15—500μg/mL,人参皂苷Rg1和人参皂苷Rb1平均回收率分别为100.01%和99.66%结论:HPLc-ELSD测定丹七片中人参皂苷Rgl和人参皂苷Rbl含量,不仅操作简便、准确,而且重现性好。

Abstract:Objective: To establish the method on the determination of ginsenoside Rgl and ginsenoside Rbl in DanQi tablet by HPLC- ELSD. Method: glnsenoside Rgl and ginsenoside Rbl were separated on an UltimateTM XB-C18 column with acetonitrile-water (0-22 min, 22%-45% acetonitrile) as the mobile phase, the drift tube temperature of ELSD was set at 110 ℃, the nitrogen flow rate at 3.0 L·min-1. The column temperature was set at 35℃. Result: The calibration curves were linear in the ranges of 20 -600.0 μg-mL-1, 15.0 μg/mL- 500.0 μg-mL-1 for ginsenoside Rgl and ginsenoside Rbl, the average recoveries were 100.01% and 99.66%, respectively. Conclusion: The method by HPLC-ELSD is simple, accurate and recurrent.
