摘    要:目的探讨miR-34b/c rs4938723 T>C与中国人群原发性肝细胞肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)易感性的关系。方法采用病例对照研究设计,选取501例原发性肝细胞肝癌病例和548例正常对照。选取miR-34b/c rs4938723 T>C为研究位点,以聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法进行多态性检测,应用Logistic回归计算OR值及95%CI,比较不同基因型与HCC发病风险的关系。结果在调整年龄、性别、吸烟、饮酒因素后,携带rs4938723 TC/CC基因型者与携带rs4938723 TT基因型个体相比,发生肝癌的风险增加了40%(调整OR=1.40,95%CI=1.10~1.80)。进一步分析显示在原发性肝细胞肝癌的发生中rs4938723基因型与饮酒存在交互作用(相乘交互作用P=0.049,相加交互作用P=0.012)。结论本研究表明位于miR-34b/c启动子区的rs4938723 T>C多态性可能影响中国人群原发性肝细胞肝癌发病风险。
