摘    要:【目的】明确水通道蛋白0(aquaporin 0,AQP0)和水通道蛋白1(aquaporin 1,AQPl)在透明晶状体及老年性白内障晶状体上皮细胞及前囊膜的表达及分布,并初步探讨AQPO和AQPl在老年性白内障发病中的重要作用。【方法】收集45例老年性白内障(白内障组)及10例正常透明晶状体(对照组)前囊膜,通过免疫组化方法检测AQP0和AQPl的表达。【结果】白内障及对照组均可见AQPO和AQPl的表达,对照组AQPO的阳性细胞表达率(100%)显著高于白内障组(47%)(P〈0.05),对照组中AQPl的阳性细胞表达率(100%)亦显著高于白内障组(55%)(P〈0.05)。【结论】正常晶状体上皮细胞有AQPO和AQPl的活性表达,对保证晶状体的生理动态平衡和晶状体的透明性起到了重要的作用,AQPO和AQPl在老年性白内障晶状体前囊膜及上皮细胞中的异常表达与老年性白内障的发生密切相关。

Expression of Aquaporin-l and Aquaporin-0 in Epithelial Cells of Anterior Transparent Lens Capsules of Senile Cataract

Abstract:Objective] To confirm the expression and distribution of aquaporin-0 (AQP0) and aquaporin-1 (AQP1) in epithelial cells of anterior transparent lens capsule of senile cataract and to investigate the roles of AQP0 and AQP1 in the genesis of senile cataract. Methods] Ten cases of normal transparent tens epithelial cells and 45 cases of senile cataract lens epithelial cells were collected. The expression and distribution of AQPO and AQP1 were examined by immunohistochemical technique. Results] AQP0 and AQP1 were positive in epithelial cells of senile cataract and normal lens. In the cells from the normal transparent lens, the rates of AQP0 and AQP1 on positive cells were 100% and 100%, but in the cells from the senile cataract lenses, the rates of AQP0 and AQP1 on positive cells were 47% and 55%. The protein expression level of AQPO and AQP1 in the senile cataract lenses epithelial cells was lower than that in transparent lenses epithelial cells. Conclusion] Proper expression of AQP0 and AQP1 in lens epithelial cell is important to keep physiologic balance and transparence of lens. AQP0 and AQP1 expression is lower in senile cataract lens epithelial cells. There is closer relationship between AQP0, AQP1 and cataract.
