新形势下加强医学生人文素质教育的对策与建议

近年来,我国高等医学教育被纳入高度专门化、技术化的轨道,致使人文教育严重缺失,当前医患关系空前紧张、医疗纠纷频发,医学生的人文素质教育越显重要。只有通过转变教育思想与观念,加强领导;加强教学支撑体系(学科课程体系、师资力量和校园文化等)建设;优化教学评价体系和评价指标体系建设等途径加强人文素质教育,才能培养"德才兼备"的高素质医学人才。

Ways to Improve the Humanities Quality-oriented Education for Medical Students in the New Situation

China＇ s higher medical education has become increasingly professional and technical in recent years, which causes se- vere inadequacy of humanities education. The humanities quality-oriented education for medical students becomes more and more important because of the ever tense doctor-patient relationship and frequent medical disputes. Only by changing educational thought and concept, strengthening leadership, strengthening the teaching supporting system （ specialized course system, strength of teach- ing team and campus culture） , and perfecting the teaching evaluation system and evaluation index system, can we produce quality medical personnel with integrity and ability.
