积雪草化学成分研究

摘    要:目的:研究积雪草中的化学成分。方法:以硅胶、凝胶等多种柱色谱分离,制备高效液相色谱纯化,以波谱方法鉴定结构。结果:分离得到5个化合物,鉴定为阿魏酸二十二酯(1),bayogenin(2),3β-6β-23-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid(3),3β-6β-23-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(4),D-gulonic acid(5)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从积雪草属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents from Centella asiatica. METHOD: Chemical constituents were isolated by repeated column chromatography (Toyopearl HW-40C and HPLC) and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic method. RESULT: Five compounds were identified as: docosyl ferulates (1), bayogenin (2), 3beta-6beta-23-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid (3), 3beta-6beta-23-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (4), D-gulonic acid (5). CONCLUSION: All of the Compounds were isolated for the first time from C. asiatica.
