病则形 气 神三者俱伤论

形神统一是《内经》阐述的重要观点之一。形与神高度和谐统一,是人之生的根本。形神合一,形为神宅,形生神;神役形,神乃形用。气血津液的正常生化输布是神产生的物质基础,神机健旺又是脏腑功能正常的前提。而气机是形、神二者之间的纽带,精、气、血、津液的生化输布依赖气的升降出入来实现,气机升降是脏腑功能活动正常的保证。生理上,形体、气机、神机三者相互依存;发病时,则形体、气机、神机俱受伤,从而产生病机。辨识病机,要"守神"、"守气"、"守形";治疗中亦要"守神"、"守气"、"守形"、"守机",要切中病机,祛除病邪,和调脏腑,通畅气血,和畅气机、健旺神机。
