| 摘 要： | 目的 观察丝裂霉素C联合可调整缝线在青光眼小梁切除术中的效果。方法 术中在巩膜瓣下放置含0.4mg（0.5mg/ml）丝裂霉素液，丝裂霉素棉片5分钟后取出，以100ml平衡液冲洗，巩膜瓣两侧作2根可调整缝线。结果 出院平均眼压11.28mmHg，一月平均眼压13.34mmHg，一年平均眼压14.76mmHg。结论 此术式能有效降低眼压，减少术后并发症，提高手术成功率。

| Abstract: | Object To discover the effect of mitomycin C with adjustable suture in trabeculectomy.Methods Place 0.4mg-0.5mg/L mitomycin C sponge disce under scleral flap in opration and take out after 5 minutes then wash sclera with 100ml equihbrium liquid and place 2 adjustable sutures on the side of scleral flap.Results Average intraocular pressure 11.28mmHg in Out-charge patients,13.34mmHg after 1 month,14.76mmHg after 1year.Conclusion This way is effection in decreasing intraocular pressure,reducing postoperative complications and promoting operative success ratio |
