| 摘 要： | 目的建立合欢花中槲皮苷的提取工艺。方法以槲皮苷含量为指标,采用正交试验法进行工艺优选。结果超声提取:影响槲皮苷提取的关键因素是提取时间,其次是甲醇浓度,提取次数是次要因素;回流提取:影响提取的关键因素是提取时间,其次是提取次数,甲醇浓度是次要因素。结论超声提取用70%甲醇提取3次,每次20 m in,是合欢花中槲皮苷的最佳提取工艺。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the optimum extraction process of quercitrin of Albizzia julibrissin Durazz.Methods The orthogonal experiment was used in study of the extraction process of Albizzia julibrissin with quercitrin as the index.Results For ultrasonic extraction,the first factor is the time of the extraction,the concentration of methanol and the extraction times are the secondary factors.Conclusion The best technology is ultrasound extraction. |
