摘    要:连接黏附分子-1是一细胞黏附分子,免疫球蛋白超家族成员,可作为血小板受体参与血小板的活化;作为配基与淋巴细胞功能性抗原结合,促进白细胞的迁移;并参与碱性成纤维细胞生长因子介导的信号转导途径,增强内皮细胞黏附迁移,促进血管新生。连接黏附分子-1参与动脉粥样硬化发生、发展及转归中与内皮细胞有关的多个作用机制,对探讨动脉粥样硬化的防治具有一定的作用。

Abstract:Junctional adhesion molecule-1 is a cell adhesion molecule belonging to immunoglobulin superfamily. It can not only act as a platelet receptor to participate in platelet activation,but also act as ligand to bind functional antigen of lymphocyte and then promote leukocytal migration . It also participate in the signal transduction mediated by basic fibroblast growth factor to intensify the adhension and migration of endothelial cell as well as to promote vessel neogenesis . Junctional adhesion molecule-1 contributes to several mechanisms about atherosclerosis in its genesis, development and prognosis related to endothelium, which then will be helpful to study the prevention and treatment of atheroselerosis.
