摘    要:目的 探讨“互联网”背景下,利用微信和微课的翻转课堂在医用化学实验课程中的应用效果。方法 将授课班级随机分为2组,分别为实验组(实施翻转课堂教学,n=97)和对照组(传统教学模式,n=98)。学期末通过比较两个教学组学生的医用化学实验考试成绩和调查问卷对实验组的教学方法进行评价。对医用化学实验考试成绩采用SPSS 12.0软件进行统计处理分析。用t检验进行小组间比较。结果 教学实验组医用化学实验考试成绩高于对照组(77.84±8.22) vs. (73.43±10.14),t=3.341,P=0.008)],差异有统计学意义。问卷调查结果显示,实验组的学生普遍认为在综合素质的培养及教学效果等方面,翻转课堂优于传统教学。结论 在“互联网”背景下,利用微信和微课的翻转课堂在医用化学实验课程中能更好地调动学生学习和参与的积极性,受到学生的欢迎,改革收到良好成效,有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:Objective Discuss the application effect of flipped classroom based on We-Chat and micro-course in medical chemistry experiment course in the context of "internet". Methods The classes were randomly divided into 2 groups respectively, experimental group (flipped classroom teaching mode, n = 97) and the control group (traditional teaching mode, n = 98). The chemistry experiment test results of two teaching groups were compared at the end of the semester to evaluate the experimental teaching method. SPSS 12.0 software was used for statistical processing and analysis. Compare the two groups using t test. Results The chemistry experiment test score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (77.84 8.22) vs (73.43 10.14), t=3.341, p=0.008), and the difference was statistically significant. The results of the questionnaire show that the students in the experimental group generally consider that flipped classroom teaching is better than the traditional teaching in terms of the cultivation of comprehensive quality and the teaching effect. Conclusion In the context of "internet", the flipped classroom using We Chat - Micro Courses in medical chemistry experiment course can arouse the enthusiasm of students to learn and participate in better, which is popular with the students. The reformation received good results and has a good application prospect.
