血清PRL、FSH、LH2水平与女性不孕症及闭经关系的探讨

目的 探讨血清催乳激素(PRL)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)和黄体生成素(LH2)与育龄妇女不孕症及闭经之间的关系。方法 采用吖啶酯标记的免疫化学发光法检测56例不孕症、30例闭经和72例健康育龄妇女血清PRL、FSH、LH2水平。结果 不孕症和闭经患者PRL极显著高于健康育龄妇女(P<0.01);不孕症患者血清FSH、LH2水平略高于健康育龄妇女,但无显著性意义,闭经患者血清FSH、LH2水平明显高于健康育龄妇女(P<0.05)。结论 血清PRL高水平可能是不孕症和闭经的重要原因之一,FSH、LH2高水平与育龄妇女闭经可能也存在密切关系。

Correlation of serum PRL, FSH, LH2 levels with female sterility and menoschesis

Objective To investigate the correlation of serum PRL, FSH, LH2 with female sterility and menoschesis. Methods Serum samples were obtained from 56 women with sterility, 30 women with menoschesis and 72 health women. The levels of PRL, FSH, LH2 were determined by using auto-immunochemistry luminescence method. Results The levels of PRL were significantly different between patients with sterility and menoschesis and health women (P<0.01). The levels of FSH and LH2 of the patients with sterility were higher than in health population, but there was no significant difference. The levels of FSH and LH2 of the patients with menoschesis were higher than health population dramatically (P<0.05). Conclusion The higher levels of PRL in serum may he one of the important causes for female sterility and menoschesis. The increased levels of FSH and LH2 might be related with the female menoschesis nearly.
