患者多层次电话随访的实践及评价

摘    要:目的 探讨患者多层次电话随访的效果.方法 回顾性分析,比较患者多层次电话随访的实施情况.结果 患者满意度由87.8%提高到96.7%,医疗质量提高.结论 多层次电话随访实现了主管医生随访.各层次随访内容侧重点不同、相互补充,保证了工作落实,促进了医疗质量提升,提高了患者满意度,扩大了医院品牌影响力.
