| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染与老年人心脑疾病的关系。方法 采用酶联免疫法检测82例老年人心脑疾病患者和42例健康人血清Hp抗体IgG、IgA、IgM的含量，并进行对照分析。结果 心肌梗塞组与脑梗塞组的Hp抗体IgG、IgA、IgM阳性率均分别达到80％、60％、20％以上，两组结果比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。对照组Hp抗体IgG、IgA、IgM阳性率分别为44．6％、25．5％、12．8％，明显低于心肌梗塞组和脑梗塞组。结论 Hp感染可能与老年人心脑疾病的发病有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection andcardio-cerebral diseases of the aged people.Methods By means of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),82 cases of cardio-cerebral diseases of the aged people were tested,and the content of serum anti-Hp antibodies from 42 cases of healthy people were detected,with a contrast analysis.Results The positive rate of IgG,IgA,IgM in anti-Hp antibodies of groups of myocardialand cerebral infarctions were over 80%,60% and 20% respectively.There was no marked difference(p>0.05).But the positive rate of IgG,IgA,IgM of the contrast group were 44.6%,25.5% and 12.8% respectively,and it was obviously lower than that of the groups of myocardialand cerebral infarctions.Conclusion Hp infection may be related to the cardio-cerebral diseases of the aged people. |
