| 摘 要： | 通过比较分析专科医院2008~2012年间3次院级课题开展情况，发现目前主要存在的问题有：科研时间缺乏、经费不足，申报不积极、监管力度弱。由此2014年本院开始推行科研脱产政策、分层管理、充分动员、建立奖惩等科研管理创新举措，院级科研课题质量有了较大的提升，后续纵向课题立项率显著提高，激励了医务人员的科研积极性，促进了医院科研工作的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | To summarize and analyze the basic situation of 2008~2012 hospital scientific research project in hospital, and explore the management of the hospital level subject. Innovations were not only in full-time policy, but also in hospital-level project application and its process management. Hospital level research projects significantly improve the quality, follow-up longitudinal project approval rate of 50.00%, including 3 for the National Natural Science Foundation project, accounting for 20.00% of the total number of hospital in 2015. Through management innovation, effectively improve the hospital scientific research atmosphere, promote the cultivation of young talents and the sustainable development of hospital science and technology. |
