基质金属蛋白酶-9基因单核苷酸多态性与冠心病遗传易感性的关系研究

摘    要:目的分析金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)-1562C/T基因多态性在冠心病患者及非冠心病患者中的分布情况,了解MMP-9基因单核苷酸多态性与冠心病遗传易感性的关系。方法采用PCR-RFLR法对调查对象血液样本进行基因分型.分析MMP-9-1562C/T基因型频率和等位基因频率在病例组和对照组之间的差异。结果病例组与对照组CC/CT+TT的OR值为0.83,差异无统计学意义(OR95%C10.51-1.36,P〉0.05);C/T等位基因OR值为0.83,差异无统计学意义(OR95%C10.44-1.55,P〉0.05)。结论MMP-9基因单核苷酸多态性与冠心病遗传易感性的关系尚不能肯定.还需要今后进一步的研究证实。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the distribution of MMP-9 -1562C/T gene polymorphism in patients with and with- out coronary disease (CAD), in order to understand the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphisms of MMP- 9 gene and genetic predisposition of CAD. Methods PCR-RFLR was used to analyze the genetic typing of blood sam- ple in investigation objects, then the difference in MMP-9 -1562C/T genotype frequency and allele frequency between the cases group and the control group was analyzed. Results The OR value of MMP-9 -1562 CC/CT+TT was 0.83 in the cases group and the control group, the difference was not significant (OR 95%CI 0.51-1.36, P 〉 0.05); while, the OR value of C/T allele was 0.83, the difference was not significant (OR 95% CI 0.44-1.55, P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The association between single nucleotide polymorphisms of MMP-9 gene and genetic predisposition of CAD can not be affirmed, which needs further study to confirm.
