支气管肺泡灌洗液端粒酶活性检测与肺癌的诊断

目的：研究肺癌支气管肺泡灌洗液（BALF）细胞端粒酶活性表达与肺癌发生机制的关系，方法：用聚合酶链反应－酶联免疫吸附分析法（PCR－ELISA）对36例肺癌和32例支气管，肺良性疾病患者的肺泡灌洗液细胞端粒酶活性的表达进行检测比较，结果：肺癌患者BALF细胞粒酶活性表达阳性率为83．3％（30／36），支气管，肺良性疾病BALF细胞端粒酶活性表达阳性率为6．6％（2／32），结论：端粒酶活性表达是肺癌诊断的标准志物之一，对肺癌的诊断具有一定的价值。

Determination of telomerase activity in BALF in the diagnosis of lung cancer

Objective To investigate the telomerase activity in BALF cells from patients with lung cancer.?Methods PCR-ELISA was used to detect the telomerase activity in BALF cells from 36 patients with lung cancer and 32 patients with chronic bronchitis or benign pulmonary diseases.?Results The positive rate of telomerase activity in BALF cells was 83.3% (30/36) in lung cancer patients and was 6.6% (2/32) in patients with chronic bronchitis or benign pulmonary diseases ( P <0.01).?Conclusion Telomerase activity may be a specific tumor marker, and therefore an important index for the diagnosis of lung cancer.
