川芎质量标准的研究

目的建立川芎Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.的质量标准。方法对28批不同等级川芎药材开展杂质、水分、灰分、浸出物、重金属和有害元素残留量、农药残留量及主要成分(阿魏酸、洋川芎内酯Ⅰ、阿魏酸松柏酯、洋川芎内酯A和藁本内酯)的含量测定,并利用主成分分析各项指标与川芎药材等级之间的相关性。结果不同等级川芎药材的质控指标具有较明显的区分,规定川芎优质药材测定限为每千克药材40个以内,单个质量平均不低于20 g,水分≤12.0%,醇溶性浸出物限度不得小于25.0%;含阿魏酸、洋川芎内酯Ⅰ、阿魏酸松柏酯、洋川芎内酯A、藁本内酯不得少于0.10%、0.04%、0.02%、0.40%、1.60%。结论该方法准确稳定,重复性好,可用于川芎的质量控制。

Quality standard for Ligusticum chuanxiong

AIM To establish the quality standard for Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.(L.chuanxiong).METHODS Twenty?eight batches of L.chuanxiong underwent determinations of their impurity,content of mois?ture,ash,ethanol?soluble extract,heavy metals,hazardous elements,pesticide residue and major components(ferulic acid,senkyunolide I,coniferyl ferulate,senkyunolide A and ligustilide).In addition,principal component analysis was used to analyze the correlation between indexes and the quality grade of L.chuanxiong.RESULTS The indexes levels for grading of L.chuanxiong were ideal for the distinguishment of different L.chuanxiong.L.chuanxiong of good quality was suggested to be with less than 40 grains per kilogram,no less than 20 g for each single grain,less than 12.0%moisture content,no less than 25.0%ethanol?soluble extract,no less than 0.10%,0.04%,0.02%,0.40%and 1.60%content of ferulic acid,senkyunolide I,coniferyl ferulate,senkyunolide A and ligustilide.CONCLUSION This accurat,stable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of L.chuanxiong.
