补气法和清热法治疗糖尿病的不同应用

清热法和补气法是中医治疗糖尿病的常用两大治法。最近有研究表明,清热法和补气法虽然在临床上治疗糖尿病都可取得很好的疗效,鉴于两类中药性味、归经、有效成分等的不同,两者在理论依据、临床应用、药理研究和作用机制上均存在差异甚至有截然相反的作用。在深入探讨清热法和补气法治疗糖尿病的异同点,并从理论依据、临床应用、作用机制等方面分别进行归纳和总结,分别以常用的补气药人参和清热药黄连为代表揭示两类药物如何从不同途径改善机体的糖代谢,以探讨临床治疗糖尿病的新思路和方法,从而能够更有针对性和方向性的指导糖尿病的临床用药选择。

The Differences between Heat-clearing Therapy and Qi-tonifying Therapy in the Treatment of Diabetes

Heat-clearing drug and qi-tonifying drug are usually used in diabetes treatment.Resent research has shown that,although we can make a very good effect from both therapies,considering that these two kinds of Chinese medicine have differences in nature and flavour,meridian tropism and active ingredients,their theoretical basis,clinical application,pharmacological study,and mechanism of action,may be different or even poles apart.In this article,we aimed to thoroughly discuss about the sameness and differences between two therapies,and generalize distinctions in theoretical basis,clinical application,and meridian tropism.We take widely-used heat-clearing drug Rhizoma Coptidis and qi-tonifying drug Panax as representatives to demonstrate the different ways in which they improve the glycometabolism.Through our research,we probe into new methods and ideas in clinical treatment of diabetics,so that we can be direct against diabetic to choose more suitable drugs.
