摘    要:目的 通过将"生成式课堂"应用于儿科学见习教学课的实践与观察,了解该教学方法在提高学生临床实践能力方面是否有助益.方法 在西安交通大学医学院2012级医学生的儿科学见习课上,采用原有的教学方法:课堂病案讨论、老师讲解典型病例、角色扮演情景模拟三种模式,而在2013级医学生见习课的教学中增加了生成式课堂的方法.学期末,请2013级学生填写调查问卷,对不同教学方法在儿科见习中提高学生临床实践能力和学习成绩等方面进行比较,结果进行统计描述.结果 生成式课堂能激发80.30%学生的学习兴趣和主动性,促进59.85%的学生课前预习,提高了59.85%的学生观察与寻找问题的能力,提高了63.64%的学生分析与解决问题的能力,使80.30%的学生能够加强记忆和提高学习效率;有43.94%的学生认为生成式课堂可以提高自学能力,有43.18%的学生提高了综合素质和临床实践能力,有37.88%的学生愿意接受生成式课堂的教学模式;2013级学生的成绩明显高于2012级.结论 生成式课堂教学模式能够增加学生临床学习的积极性及自学能力,提升医学生的临床实践能力.

Abstract:Objective To find out whether generative class is helpful to improve students' clincal practice ability by applying the pattern in pediatric probation teaching.Methods Former traditional teaching patterns were used for students of grade 2012 in Xi'an Medical College of Xi'an Jiaotong University, including medical record discussion, teachers' lecture on typical cases and role play.For students of grade 2013, generative class was additionally provided.At the end of semester students of grade 2013 filled out questionnaires to compare the value of variety of teaching patterns in improving students' ability in clinical practice.Results Generative class could stimulate learning interest and initiative of 80.3% students, promote preview before class in 59.85% students, the ability of observing and seeking problems of 59.85% students, the ability of analyzing and solving problems of 63.64% students, and help to strengthen memory and improve study efficacy in 80.3% students.There were 43.94% of the students thinking that the class could improve self-learning ability, 43.18% of students improving their comprehensive quality and clinical practice ability, and 37.88% of the students willing to accept the pattern.The achievements of stduents of grade 2013 were remarkbly higher than those of students of grade 2012.Conclusion The generative class pattern can increase the enthusiasm of clinical study and self-learning ability and improve the clinical practice ability of medical students.
