| 摘 要： | 目的了解南通地区乙型肝炎病毒基因分型情况及其临床意义。方法用PCR法扩增HBV PreS基因并测序,共分析慢性无症状携带者(ASC)、慢性活动性肝炎患者(CAH)和肝癌(HCC)患者血清86份。用C lustalx1.8软件比对,用MEGA3.1作树分型,同时测定样品HBeAg和HBV-DNA。结果南通地区存在HBV B型、C型和B/C混合感染型,其中C型比例最高,占67.44%,而B型和B/C混合感染型均占16.28%。C型患者的血清HBeAg阳性率和HBV-DNA浓度显著高于其他基因型(p<0.05)。结论南通地区存在HBV B型、C型以及B+C混合型,C型为优势型;C型患者的病毒复制最为活跃。
