阿替普酶联合替罗非班对急性脑梗死静脉溶栓治疗后血液流变学的影响

目的探讨阿替普酶联合替罗非班对急性脑梗死静脉溶栓治疗后血液流变学的影响。方法将我院收治的80例急性脑梗死患者按照治疗方法不同分为对照组(40例,阿替普酶)和观察组(40例,阿替普酶+替罗非班)。比较两组的神经功能、日常生活能力、血浆黏度(PV)、生活质量及出血发生情况。结果治疗后5、10 d,观察组的NIHSS评分、PV低于对照组,ADL、WHOQOL-BREF评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的出血总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论阿替普酶溶栓联合替罗非班可改善急性脑梗死患者的神经功能、日常生活能力和血液流变学,提升生活质量,且安全性良好。

Effect of alteplase combined with tirofiban on hemorheology in patients with acute cerebral infarction after intravenous thrombolysis

Objective To investigate the effect of alteplase combined with tirofiban on hemorheology in patients with acute cerebral infarction after intravenous thrombolysis.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital were divided into control group(40 cases,alteplase)and observation group(40 cases,alteplase+tirofiban)according to different treatment methods.The neurological function,ability of daily living,plasma viscosity(PV),quality of life and bleeding were compared between the two groups.Results At 5 and 10 d after treatment,NIHSS score and PV in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and ADL and WHOQOL-BREF scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Alteplase thrombolysis combined with tirofiban can improve the neurological function,ability of daily living,hemorheology and the quality of life in patients with acute cerebral infarction,and has good safety.
