摘    要:目的]评价济宁市儿童常规基础免疫接种情况,促进全市免疫规划工作的平衡开展。方法]利用估算接种率、差值(D值)、比值(R值)等方法,对济宁市2004、2005年儿童常规免疫接种率报告进行了综合评价。结果]全年报告12次,2004、2005年5种疫苗累计报告接种率均达99%以上,综合评价2004年有8个县市区判定为可信,2005年有10个县市区判定为可信。结论]提示定期开展常规免疫接种率评价对于掌握常规免疫接种率真实水平是非常重要的,今后要做好摸底登记,加强预防接种门诊管理和人员培训。

Abstract:Objective]To evaluate the status of routine basic immunization for childern in Jining city,to promote the balanced implementation of the civic immunity planning.Methods]With some data including:the estimated routine coverage rates;the difference between reported coverage rates and estimated ones;the ratio between reported coverage rates and estimated ones,etc.The reports of the routine immunization coverage rates were evaluated synthetically in 2004-2005.Results]There were 12 records in one year,the routine coverage rates of 5 kinds of vaccines were all over 99% during 2004-2005.With synthesized estimations,the data from 8 counties were reliable in 2004 and the data from 10 counties were reliable in 2005.Conclusions]The periodic estimation on routine immunization coverage rate is important for getting the reality of routine immunization coverage rate.Perfect inoculation register,strenghtening clinic service management of immunization and personal training should be well carried out.
