| 摘 要： | 颈源性头痛是一类由于颈椎退行性病变或颈部软组织受损后刺激压迫颈神经而引起的头痛,常伴有颈部压痛。自1983年sjaastad提出颈源性头痛的概念以后,受到国内外学者的广泛关注。本文回顾国内近10年来关于针刺治疗颈源性头痛的相关文献,对颈源性头痛的针刺治疗作一系统综述。

| Abstract: | Cervicogenic headache is a type of headache due to cervical degenerative diseases or cervical soft tissue damage, both can stimulate cervical nerve because of their compression, and the headache usually accompanies with neck tenderness. Since 1983, when Sjaastad has put forward the concept of cervicogenic headache, it receives extensive attention from scholars at home and abroad. This article has reviewed the relevant literatures about acupuncture treatment applies to cervicogenic headache during recent 10years, and on this basis comes to a systematic overview. |
